Alex Felman is an entrepreneurial professional currently working on his 4th startup venture. In addition he runs his own family office, Felman Family Office, and works with family offices around the world.
Alex uses his expertise in Molecular Toxicology and Bio-entrepreneurship (B.A from University of California -Berkeley, MBA from Copenhagen Business School) to advise them in biotechnology, healthcare, and other futuristic tech industries with the goal of maintaining long-term wealth through innovation.

Matt Lucas is an Ecosystem Manager at Barclays Eagle Labs, where he leads ecosystem development across Oxford and the wider innovation corridor. With nearly a decade of experience covering the Oxford market—and over five years focused specifically on supporting high‑growth, innovative companies—Matt sits at the intersection of founders, capital, and strategic partners.
Based in one of Europe’s most advanced innovation clusters, Matt works closely with Barclays’ Innovation Banking team supporting businesses, closely aligned with Oxford’s standout sectors, from inception through scale, exit, and beyond, providing access to capital, expertise, and a powerful national network.
Lewis Rapley is a Logistics Research Associate in Savills’ Commercial Research team in London, where he delivers market intelligence and strategic insight for the UK industrial and logistics property sector.
He supports agency teams and investors through data-driven analysis and forecasting. His earlier work covering industrial and office markets across EMEA gave him strong knowledge of cross-border trends, occupier behaviour, and investment flows. At Savills, Lewis contributes to thought leadership on warehouse demand, supply chain dynamics, rental performance, and ESG.
He works closely with senior researchers and sector specialists on reports that guide decisions for developers, investors, and occupiers, and he also presents regularly at industry events, sharing insights on regional and national logistics trends.
Hanna Sundqvist is Head of Private Credit, Europe at Moody’s, where she leads thought leadership, client engagement and strategic development across private credit markets.
Her work focuses on credit risk, portfolio resilience and the interaction between macroeconomic conditions and private market investments, with particular expertise in private credit, leveraged finance and asset-based strategies.
Hanna regularly contributes to Moody’s research on private credit, corporate credit risk and European market developments.
She has over a decade of experience across credit risk and analytics, having worked across Moody’s, S&P Global and in banking.
She is based in London and works closely with global teams across research, analytics and market strategy.
As Head of Private Wealth for EMEA Joseph leads coverage of private clients across the region and coordinates with the other regional leaders in New York and Singapore.
Joseph’s JLL career began in 2005, in London, before moving to Montréal, where he played a pivotal role in establishing our Canadian Capital Markets team.
Between 2018 and 2024 Joseph was based in Paris, overseeing international capital coverage for the French market.
Joseph has transactional experience across all of the major asset classes in multiple jurisdictions allowing him to leverage his considerable experience to best advise our private clients.
Having begun his career as a lawyer working for some of the top London and offshore law firms, Stuart has since garnered over 15 years’ leadership experience in the investor services space, including both operational and client-facing roles.
Before IQ-EQ, he was Group Head of Institutional Services for another prominent administrator. Stuart joined us in January 2018 as Group Managing Director of Corporate Services and since then has held a series of leadership positions, most recently Head of Alternative Assets.
He holds deep industry expertise across the alternative assets sphere and works closely with investors, both private and institutional, to help them access private markets either through direct structures or as a limited partner.

Amilcar Grot is a Senior Portfolio Manager at a.s.r. real assets investment partners, where he is part of the Investment team responsible for identifying, investing in, and overseeing international private real assets investments across the full risk spectrum — from core to opportunistic strategies. He navigates both primary and secondary markets through funds, club deals, and direct real estate investments.

Prior to joining a.s.r., Amilcar spent nearly five years as a Senior Portfolio Manager in the Real Assets team at Achmea Investment Management, a global investment manager dedicated to maximising capital growth for pension fund clients through robust portfolio construction, responsible investing, and meticulous risk management.
Known for his rigorous and inquisitive approach, he combines disciplined investment judgment with a strong belief in collaboration as a driver of long-term value. He is a diplomatic and engaging communicator who actively contributes to industry dialogue and thought leadership.
Beyond his investment role, Amilcar serves on the Advisory Board of several funds, including Adicosy Robard. At INREV — the European association for institutional investors in non-listed real estate — he is a member of the Management Board, previously served on the Investor Advisory Council, and chaired the Due Diligence Committee from 2019 to 2022. He is also a past member of AFIRE, the global association for cross-border real estate investors.

Marc C. Ganzi is Chief Executive Officer at DigitalBridge and has been an investor and operator in the digital infrastructure sector for more than 30 years. Mr. Ganzi has led DigitalBridge’s transformation to become a premier platform for digital infrastructure and real estate investment.
Mr. Ganzi originally founded Digital Bridge Holdings in 2013 and, as its CEO, built the firm into a leading global manager of digital infrastructure assets with more than $20 billion in AUM, until its merger in July 2019 into the current public company, DigitalBridge Group, Inc.
Previously, Mr. Ganzi founded Global Tower Partners (“GTP”), which grew to become one of the largest privately-owned tower companies in the U.S. under his leadership before being acquired by American Tower Corporation in 2013 for $4.8 billion. At GTP, Mr. Ganzi executed a series of strategic acquisitions, build-to-suit agreements with wireless carriers and financings in the credit markets.
Prior to the formation of GTP, Mr. Ganzi worked as a consulting partner for DB Capital Partners from 2000 to 2002 where he oversaw the institution’s investments in the Latin American tower sector. Before joining DB Capital, Mr. Ganzi co-founded and served as President of Apex Site Management, one of the largest third-party managers of wireless and wireline communication sites in the United States. In 2000, Apex merged with SpectraSite Communications to create one of the largest telecommunications site portfolios in the United States at the time.
In 1990, Mr. Ganzi served as an assistant Commercial Attaché in Madrid for the U.S. Department of Commerce’s Foreign Commercial Service Department. He also served as a Presidential Intern in the White House for the George H.W. Bush administration with the Office of Special Activities and Initiatives for the Honorable Stephen M. Studdert in 1989.
Mr. Ganzi received a Bachelor of Science from the Wharton School of Business in 1993. He was a Board Member of the Wireless Infrastructure Association from 2008 to 2017 and served as Chairman from 2009 to 2011. He is a member of the Young Presidents’ Organization and the Broadband Deployment Advisory Committee of the Federal Communications Commission.
Edward Nwokedi is the Founder and CEO of RedSwan Digital Real Estate, a pioneer in tokenizing over $9B in commercial real estate, and the Executive Director of Sales of RedSwan Markets, LLC.
With over 20 years of experience in CRE and capital markets, he has built an SEC/FINRA-compliant marketplace that expands access to security token offerings for real estate.
Formerly the Executive Director at Cushman & Wakefield, he oversaw $2.7 billion in multifamily transactions in Texas.
Edward holds a Series 82 and Series 65 FINRA license, an MBA from St. Mary’s College in California, and a B.S. from the University of Michigan.
He also serves on the advisory board of the Bauer Real Estate Program at the University of Houston.
Ruth is an Investment Director in the Sustainable Infrastructure Team at Gresham House, where she focuses on investments that address environmental and societal challenges while delivering attractive long-term returns. She joined Gresham House in 2020 following a career change into asset management after a 20-year career as a senior partner at a Top 100 law firm, where she led the Energy, Waste and Projects teams.
Ruth is co-fund manager of the Gresham House Biodiversity Creation strategy, a dedicated vehicle established to fund portfolio company Environment Bank in developing biodiversity-rich habitat banks across England, catalysed by the introduction of mandatory Biodiversity Net Gain for planning permissions under the Environment Act 2021.
She is a director of Environment Bank and two waste portfolio companies within the wider Sustainable Infrastructure funds’ strategies.
Victoria leads the delivery of Oxford North — the £700 million global innovation district being developed by Thomas White Oxford, the development company of St John's College, in joint venture with Ontario Teachers' Pension Plan and Stanhope.
The scheme comprises one million square feet of laboratories and workspace alongside residential and infrastructure. A chartered surveyor with 20 years of development and regeneration experience, Victoria has worked across the public and private sectors in England, Wales, and Abu Dhabi, with previous roles at CBRE, Navigant Consulting, and Legal & General Capital.
Maria Aguilar-Wittmann is Co-Head of the Infrastructure Funds, Co-Investments and Secondaries team at Allianz Global Investors.
Maria joined AllianzGI’s team in 2017, shortly after the inception of the Infrastructure Funds, Co-Investments and Secondaries strategy. Covering the digital infrastructure sector, she has been essential to the success and deployment of the AGDIEF fund series which has attracted over EUR 2.5bn in client commitments to date.
Before joining AllianzGI, Maria Aguilar-Wittmann was with EQT Infrastructure and Macquarie for six years. She has played an important role in building out AllianzGI’s indirect infrastructure equity platform into the successful franchise with more than EUR 12bn of AuM it is today.
In December 2023, Maria Aguilar-Wittmann was recognized by Infrastructure Investor as one of the “Rising Stars – 20 under 40”.
Dr Bridget Kustin is an economic anthropologist (PhD, Johns Hopkins University), Senior Research Fellow at the Saïd Business School, and Director of the global research study of single family offices, Ownership Project 2.0: Private Capital Owners & Impact.
She is also Academic Director of the Polycapital Academy at Green Templeton College, University of Oxford, which offers courses on philanthropic strategy. She previously studied large (annual revenue above USD 1 billion) global family-owned businesses, as well as household financial management of the poor across three years of full-time fieldwork in Bangladesh and Pakistan.
Bridget was awarded a UKRI Future Leaders Fellowship as a co-investigator for a study on the use of trusts by the wealthy in the UK, and was a National Science Foundation Graduate Research Fellow; Fulbright Research Fellow; and Fellow of the Institute for Money, Technology, and Financial Inclusion.
Her research has been supported by the Skoll Centre for Social Entrepreneurship, Berlin’s Center for Social Science Research (WZB), and Gates Foundation. At Oxford, Bridget teaches the Family Business and Capitalism in Debate courses for the MBA, and Impact and Major Programmes for the MSc in Major Programmes.
