Event registration is confirmed upon receipt of payment. Prices are subject to change until payment is received.

5.2 Cancellation by Attendees

More than 30 days before event: Full refund minus £50 administration fee

15-30 days before event: 50% refund

Less than 15 days before event: No refund

Substitutions: Permitted without charge up to 7 days before event

5.3 Cancellation by Company

If we cancel an event, we will provide full refund of registration fees and reasonable notice where possible. We are not liable for additional costs such as travel or accommodation.

5.4 Event Changes

We reserve the right to modify event programs, speakers, venues, or dates. Material changes will be communicated promptly.

5.5 Force Majeure

We are not liable for event cancellation or modification due to circumstances beyond our control including government restrictions, natural disasters, or venue unavailability.

6. Recruitment Services

6.1 Service Scope

Our recruitment services include candidate sourcing, screening, and placement for private markets and family office positions.

6.2 Fees and Payment

Recruitment fees are payable upon successful placement and are typically percentage-based as agreed in separate contracts.

6.3 Confidentiality

We maintain confidentiality of all candidate information and comply with employment law requirements.

BACS Bank Transfers: Preferred method (no surcharge)

International Wire Transfers: SWIFT payments accepted (no surcharge)

Credit/Debit Cards: Visa, Mastercard, American Express (processing surcharge applies)

Corporate Accounts: Available for established clients

Card Payment Surcharge: A processing surcharge of 2.5% applies to all card transactions to cover payment processing costs. This surcharge is displayed before payment confirmation.

All transactions are processed through regulated payment providers with appropriate security measures including PCI DSS compliance.

10. Disclaimers and Limitation of Liability
