Role Purpose


The Investment Associate – Real Assets & Credit will support the underwriting, execution, and monitoring of investments in real estate, infrastructure, and private credit. This role combines rigorous financial analysis with the opportunity to work across the full investment lifecycle in a lean, entrepreneurial environment. This role reports to the CIO.


Key Responsibilities


Evaluate opportunities in real estate, infrastructure, and private credit through fund commitments, co-investments, and direct transactions.

Lead internal investment analysis: market research, operational assessment, sensitivity analysis, and scenario work.

Prepare investment memoranda and presentations for the CIO.

Support due diligence processes.

Based in Mayfair, this well-established family office has built an impressive track record and oversees substantial assets. The successful candidate will work closely with the Principal, whose global portfolio spans a diverse range of assets.


Candidates must hold a recognised accounting qualification (ACA, ACCA, CGMA or equivalent) to be considered. A minimum of approximately thirteen years’ post-qualification experience (“PQE”) is expected, gained within a single (or multi) family office, private investment office, or closely related institution.
