Role Purpose
The Investment Associate – Real Assets & Credit will support the underwriting, execution, and monitoring of investments in real estate, infrastructure, and private credit. This role combines rigorous financial analysis with the opportunity to work across the full investment lifecycle in a lean, entrepreneurial environment. This role reports to the CIO.
Key Responsibilities
Evaluate opportunities in real estate, infrastructure, and private credit through fund commitments, co-investments, and direct transactions.

Candidates must hold a recognised accounting qualification (ACA, ACCA, CGMA or equivalent) to be considered. POSITION SUMMARY
This is a newly created role for an experienced Accountant who will partner across the Finance team to support a broad range of accounting and tax functions. Core responsibilities will include preparing and posting accounting entries, monthly accounting close, and tax reporting processes. He or she will support the family office and management company accounting functions.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
Prepare analysis and account reconciliations for financial accounts across multiple legal entities
Prepare and post journal entries as part of the day-to-day accounting operations
Maintain accuracy of the general ledger and support monthly and quarterly close processes
Assist in the preparation and review of financial statements and prepare supporting documentation for internal management, tax, compliance and statutory purposes
Compile and prepare PBC schedules and documentation for the external tax preparer
Assist with partnership and trust accounting for family office entities
Assist in preparing expense analysis and variance reports
Assist with various ad hoc operational and administrative tasks as requested
