PMG Asset Allocation Briefings are closed-door, expert-led investment discussions held exclusively at London's most prestigious private venues — designed for single family offices, UHNWIs, wealth owners and institutional allocators who deploy capital with genuine conviction.
These are not panels. They are not conferences. They are intimate, structured conversations — maximum 50 guests, Chatham House Rules throughout — in which a single expert organisation presents a focused, evidence-based perspective on one allocation theme and then opens the floor to the most consequential investors in the room.
The result is the kind of direct, substantive engagement that neither side can find anywhere else. Sponsors gain unmediated access to a curated audience of capital allocators in a setting defined by trust and candour. Delegates receive the kind of expert briefing that would ordinarily require a private one-to-one meeting to obtain.
Every PMG Asset Allocation Briefing is conducted entirely under Chatham House Rules. No recording. No attribution. No filming. No notes that leave the room.
This is not a compliance formality. It is the condition that makes the conversation worth having.
When principals know that their questions, their thinking and their portfolio concerns will not appear in a marketing brochure the following morning, they speak with the kind of candour that transforms a briefing into a genuinely valuable exchange.
Every attendee is drawn from the PMG network and personally qualified against the guest criteria before an invitation is extended. The audience composition is not left to chance.
Who attends:
Single family office principals · Ultra-high net worth individuals · Multi-family office investment leads · Institutional allocators · Pension fund representatives · Endowments and foundations · Private bank investment directors · Wealth owners and entrepreneurs
The standard we maintain: Family offices and wealth owners form the clear majority in every room. All attendees are present in a personal investment capacity. No service providers without explicit PMG approval. Maximum 50 guests — no exceptions. One briefing topic per session. Guest list shared with the sponsor in advance.
PMG's global network encompasses more than 25,000 professionals across family offices, private equity, infrastructure investment and institutional asset management. It is this network that populates every briefing room.
Four formats are available. Every briefing is held at a luxury London venue sourced, reserved and managed entirely by PMG. All food, beverages and hospitality are included.
Breakfast Briefing · £8,500 + VAT
A focused 90-minute morning briefing over a private breakfast. The most accessible entry point — high attendance, concentrated attention and the most efficiently structured format for data-led allocation content. Ideal for macro outlook, asset class positioning and market intelligence briefings.
Drinks Reception Briefing · £9,500 + VAT
An early evening reception briefing in a private London setting. Lighter in format, broader in reach — ideal for relationship-building, introducing a new strategy or perspective, or as a natural first step for organisations new to the PMG briefing programme.
Lunch Briefing · £12,500 + VAT (Most Requested)
The anchor format. A two-hour private lunch at one of London's most distinguished dining rooms. Extended conversation, the highest quality of engagement and the most relaxed setting for substantive dialogue. The format most requested by both sponsors and delegates.
Private Dinner Briefing · £18,500 + VAT (Premium)
The most prestigious format. A full evening at a private dining room in one of London's most distinguished venues. Wines and dining fully hosted by PMG. The deepest, most memorable and most consequential engagement format available — for sponsors who want the evening to be the event.
PMG member pricing is available across all formats. All prices exclude VAT at the prevailing UK rate.
PMG manages everything. The sponsor presents. Every other element — from venue reservation to post-briefing communications — is handled entirely by the PMG team.
Venue selection and management — PMG sources, reserves and manages the venue in its entirety. All hospitality is arranged to the standard of the setting.
Guest curation and qualification — every attendee is personally qualified. The audience composition is guaranteed.
Invitations and RSVP management — PMG manages all invitations, responses and delegate communications. The sponsor receives a confirmed guest list in advance.
Briefing facilitation — PMG facilitates the session opening and the Q&A. An independent moderator ensures Chatham House Rules are observed throughout.
Pre-briefing sponsor profile — a one-page profile of the sponsoring organisation distributed to all confirmed guests before the briefing.
Content review — all briefing content is reviewed by the PMG team prior to delivery to ensure it meets the intellectual standard expected by the audience.
Post-briefing summary — a written summary of key themes discussed, without attribution, distributed to all attendees within five business days.
Follow-up introductions — where both parties express mutual interest following the briefing, PMG facilitates direct introductions between the sponsor and individual attendees.
PMG briefings are open to organisations with genuine, credible expertise in the allocation theme they propose to present. Sponsors are selected for the quality, relevance and depth of their proposed content — not their size, their marketing budget or their relationship with PMG.
Organisations that sponsor PMG briefings include:
Asset managers and fund managers · Real assets and infrastructure specialists · Natural capital and ESG investment platforms · Precious metals and commodity specialists · Private equity and venture capital firms · Alternative investment specialists · Macro and global strategy advisers · Sector-specific research houses
All sponsor applications are reviewed and approved by PMG before a briefing position is confirmed. Content must be evidence-based and allocation-focused.
Commercial content, product promotion and sales narratives are not appropriate in any PMG briefing format. This standard is a condition of acceptance — and the guarantee that makes the audience worth reaching.
Every PMG Asset Allocation Briefing is held at a venue selected for its discretion, exclusivity and the standard of experience it provides. PMG sources exclusively from London's private members' clubs, historic dining rooms and Mayfair townhouses — venues that reinforce the quality and seriousness of the conversation from the moment guests arrive.
Specific venues are confirmed and communicated to sponsors and guests in advance of each briefing. Venues are selected in consultation with the sponsor where appropriate.
Our preferred venues are within Central London with options across Greater London, Oxford, Cambridge, Norfolk, Suffolk & East Midlands.
The family office and UHNWI community does not respond to advertising. It does not attend trade shows. It does not read cold emails. It responds to trust, to peer recommendation and to rooms where the conversation is worth having.
PMG has built that trust over years of closed-door, peer-level convening across the UK private capital community. Our network, our standards and our reputation for protecting the quality and candour of every room we convene are what make a PMG briefing categorically different from anything else available in the London market.
Sponsoring a PMG Asset Allocation Briefing is not a brand exercise. It is a direct investment in the most concentrated, most qualified and most candid gathering of private capital decision-makers available in London. There is no comparable format in the UK market.
