Starting in December 2025, PMG & Oxford Future of Real Estate Initiative will carefully review all submissions and select speakers based on merit, expertise, and alignment with our conference themes. High-quality content and relevant experience are essential.

Step 3: We Notify You

At Private Markets Group, we strive to provide opportunities for qualified speakers. While we cannot accommodate every application, we are committed to transparency throughout the selection process and supporting your professional development as a speaker.

Content is most valuable when it comes from experienced practitioners. PMG speakers are selected based on merit to deliver meaningful, relatable conference experiences.

This is a strictly thought leadership and educational platform. Our programmes deliver rigorous research and practical insights without commercial pressures—no product pitches, no sales presentations, just substantive analysis.

Presentations must not include promotional content regarding specific products, services, or investment offerings. Speakers are expected to provide objective, research-based insights that prioritize educational value for family office participants.

All speaker applications are subject to final approval by Private Markets Group Ltd and Oxford Future of Real Estate Initiative.

We strictly do not allow for sponsored speaking or pay-to-play opportunities

We receive hundreds of quality applications annually and maintain a highly competitive selection process. With limited speaking slots available, we must be selective in our choices.

To ensure alignment with our conference themes and PMG's high standards for content and delivery, please note the following requirements:

1. Demonstrated legitimacy and expertise in your proposed topic area

2. Relevant industry experience and presentation skills (previous speaking engagements, panel participation, etc.)

3. Adherence to application deadlines—incomplete or late applications will not be considered

Our selection process is designed to bring fresh perspectives and diverse voices to the forefront:

• Priority consideration for new speakers who can provide innovative insights
• Commitment to diversity across backgrounds, experiences, and perspectives
• Preference for international profiles (non-UK based)
• Emphasis on gender diversity and women leaders in private markets and private wealth
• Interest in C-level executives and recognized thought leaders
• Consideration of new faces at PMG events
